Local Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada cemeteries are being indexed in an effort to preserve local history and make it available to the public. We hope that history and genealogy researchers will find this information helpful.
The scope of information is limited to the Uxbridge area cemeteries. As additional cemeteries are added to our database, they will be listed in the "Database Content" page.
This project is possible due to the partnership between the Uxbridge Public Library and the Uxbridge Genealogy Group.
The project is staffed by Uxbridge Genealogy Group members who volunteered countless hours of their time. Many members and other volunteers have worked diligently to advance the project and the work still proceeds.
A special mention must be made of the enthusiasm and skill of Mrs. Ruth Street who has been the tireless driving force behind this project for more than nine years.
We are currently focused on processing all the collected data and putting it online.
